If you know me, (which I hope you do if you're reading this), then you know that I am by NO means a dinner-cooker. I'm definitely a dessert-baker, but a dinner-cooker, NO WAY!
The reason I don't cook is because I have a REALLY hard time finding affordable, quick, healthy meals that everyone in the family likes. I REFUSE to cook dinner if it's not healthy. Seriously. I'll give the girls a box of Mac and Cheese or a Frozen Pizza before I'll spend time slaving over something unhealthy.
But behold, I found a recipe today. So I must share. The girls ate ALL of it. It was healthy. I served it over 100% whole wheat spaghetti. Rad.
